This gallery captures Istanbul's architectural heritage, from he intricate vaulted ceilings and ornate domes of historic mosques to the cisternes, I tried to show-case the highlights of this city’s unique blend of Byzantine and Ottoman influences. Defined by colours, shapes and lights across ancient columns and colonnades, as well as the warm glow of night illumination that brings Istanbul’s monuments and urban landscape to life. The city's atmosphere is a mix of the Middle East, West - and Eastern Europe, a special combination that makes this city unique.
